MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE POLICY
In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws, and app distribution platforms’ policies, if you made a purchase directly on our website and the money-back option was presented to you during the checkout, you are eligible to receive a voluntary refund provided that you contact us via email customer.care@lumi-app.co and comply with the eligibility criteria provided below.
Please note that to refund any purchases made at the App Store distributed app, the user has to file a request to the App Store, and the refund will be issued according to App Store policies.
Please note that you may cancel your subscription without a refund by contacting us via email customer.care@lumi-app.co. For more details, please refer to Membership Terms.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Our Commitment. If you find that the service does not meet your expectations, we offer a transparent refund process.
The 48-Hour Guarantee. We provide a full refund for any initial subscription purchase if the request is made within 48 hours of the transaction.
14-Day Non-Usage Refund. If you have purchased a subscription but have not yet interacted with the product (defined as zero progress in your practical units and no activity beyond the initial onboarding), you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
To initiate a refund, simply send a brief email to customer.care@lumi-app.co. While we strive for 100% satisfaction, we reserve the right to decline refund requests, unless our eligibility criteria are fulfilled or if mandated by law.
App Store Purchases. If you purchased a subscription or enabled a free trial through the App Store, please note that refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, follow the instructions provided on the Apple support page.
GENERAL REFUND RULES
Generally, if you do not meet the conditions set out above, the fees you have paid are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise is stated herein or is required by applicable law.
Note for residents of US states. If you reside in California and cancel the purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of such purchase, we will return the payment you have made.
Note for the EU residents: If you are an EU user, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a contract, without giving any reason, and without incurring any costs.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from your purchase of the Service. If you have benefitted from a free trial, the cancellation period will expire 14 days from the beginning of your free trial.
Subject to the above clause, to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by e-mail at customer.care@lumi-app.co. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you have been presented with, and you have provided your prior express consent to begin the performance during the right of withdrawal period and acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal, then, unless the Service is defective, you will not be eligible for a refund in relation to digital content and will only be eligible to a proportional refund in relation to digital service. If this provision applies, we will provide you with a copy of the confirmation of your prior express consent and acknowledgment on a durable medium.
