Definitely worth a look I had no idea I would be a Dramatic Classic!

I learned a lot from my first look. I did a clothes purge yesterday and what I have left includes a lot of pieces that would fit into a capsule wardrobe for my style type, though I see another purge approaching on the horizon lol.

I cannot stress the relief I felt when I was able to communicate with a real person. Aria especially took me under her wing with understanding and compassion and is working hard for me. We are close to a resolution. This kind of personal caring is seldom seen in the business world these days. You have a real gem there. Helpful but experience could be smoother

What I liked: options to build a capsule wardrobe and helpful articles. Visually seeing ideas of pieces that work together has given me some ideas about how to use pieces I already own and plan to buy a few suggested pieces. Meeting with Kiara the stylist was the most helpful thing since I had read the articles but misinterpreted my color type and body shape. What I don’t like: the ai generated articles have some errors and the app can be difficult to navigate. Many items in my capsule suggestions are quickly out of stock.

This is my first day using Lumi, and I must say that there are some great suggestions for my wardrobe. I'm finding some items that I'd been telling myself I should buy, but never really wanted to shop for... well, here they are! Being an XL, not everything is working, but it's pretty good!

I got a prompt response from Alex at Lumi who assured me that my cancellation was taken care of. Lumi is certainly a wonderful company. It just wasn’t right for me.

Helpful on so many levels and not just from a fashion standpoint

So far it not only helps me understand my style type but how to work with my style type and body shape to get the best look for me. Not only does it help me look my best by choosing outfits or items that feel natural, comfortable, in my preferred style, and for my body but it also asks how I would understand the information the best so I can actually retain and apply the information regularly.
