What I liked: options to build a capsule wardrobe and helpful articles. Visually seeing ideas of pieces that work together has given me some ideas about how to use pieces I already own and plan to buy a few suggested pieces. Meeting with Kiara the stylist was the most helpful thing since I had read the articles but misinterpreted my color type and body shape. What I don’t like: the ai generated articles have some errors and the app can be difficult to navigate. Many items in my capsule suggestions are quickly out of stock.

I ended up with a subscription instead of a week trial of body/styling which I thought I purchased, and did not realise it was an online fashion shopping app with style advice. They were very prompt and obliging in cancelling the subscription and acknowledging the problem of online shopping for people who are not standard sizing
The explanations of proportions and cut of clothing were great. The color schemes were not always colors I feel flatter me. Grays do not flatter my skin and dark brown is not a color that is good near my face. But I do appreciate the teaching of proportions as I am a petite woman.

This is my first day using Lumi, and I must say that there are some great suggestions for my wardrobe. I'm finding some items that I'd been telling myself I should buy, but never really wanted to shop for... well, here they are! Being an XL, not everything is working, but it's pretty good!

I had to cancel my subscription today after getting a reminder that my free trail was expiring tomorrow, a reminder that I truly appreciated! I got a prompt response from Alex at Lumi who assured me that my cancellation was taken care of. Lumi is certainly a wonderful company. It just wasn’t right for me.

My experience was great because I realized I probably needed to be using a cell phone in order to use the app, and I cancelled and got very quick responses. And I didn't read the other questions before I started typing in this box. Your customer care is excellent, in my experience.

I received my cancellation order promptly from customer care! LUMI however was not a good experience . I had problems logging in right after I paid . I don’t have time for that nonsense.

Although I was cancelling my subscription (it looked great but was just not for me), I was treated courteously and respectfully by customer service and a refund issued with no problem at all. I would have no problem recommending this site to others.

So far it not only helps me understand my style type but how to work with my style type and body shape to get the best look for me. Not only does it help me look my best by choosing outfits or items that feel natural, comfortable, in my preferred style, and for my body but it also asks how I would understand the information the best so I can actually retain and apply the information regularly.

But I sorted it all and this is really who I am and I now can focus my wardrobe as much as I can clear my mind of the extraneous thing that don’t matter anymore.

I like some and yet not all of the suggestions. I like natural fabrics, embroidery, and some neutrals but my hair is white and I have a light complexion so I think the earthy tones will wash me out

This doesn't provide my personal style aesthetic at all! I think I am better able to style my lifestyle without LUMI! I think at this point I know how to dress for my taste and budget without this LUMI APP. PLEASE, refund, as this IS NOT FOR ME! I am often photographed and consulted for style. I find way too much volume and frumpy style suggestions, through images/articles, here, for me! I am no longer interested in your service.
