I reached out through an email to LUMI after I was having a problem on line with canceling my subscription. I received 2 very nice and accommodating responses immediately, within a 1/2 hr. to an hour, the most!! I was not expecting a response so quickly nor a friendly response either. This rarely ever happens with other companies so I was very appreciative of their service!
