MEMBERSHIP TERMS

1. TRIAL

We may offer a free or a paid trial subscription for service. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged a price indicated on the payment screen for a chosen subscription period.

2. MEMBERSHIP

The membership subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (each week, month, 6 months, year, or otherwise, depending on the option selected by you at the time of purchase) until you cancel.

We may offer a free membership with limited access to the features of the service, as well as different levels of membership which provide greater benefits.

We may offer an opportunity to “skip a month”. You will not be charged for the specific month, charges will renew from the following month. By opting to “skip a month”, you will keep all your membership benefits but you won’t earn membership points for that month.

3. BALANCE

As part of the Lumi membership program on the mobile app only, users may earn balance.

Users earn Balance – non-monetary loyalty credits – through qualifying activity within the Service. Balance has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash, transferable to others, or usable outside the Service.

The following terms apply to the accumulation and use of Balance:

  • Usage & Restrictions: Balance may be applied as a promotional discount of up to 50% of a bag's total order value. Balance cannot be withdrawn as cash, converted into any form of currency or stored value, transferred to another user, or applied outside the Service. Balance may only be redeemed within the Service as a discount toward qualifying orders.
  • Refund Policy: Balance credits, once earned, cannot be exchanged for cash or reversed. If an order to which Balance was applied as a discount is canceled by you or by us, the corresponding Balance credits will be restored to your account so that your total Balance remains the same.
  • Membership Levels: Accumulated Balance determines your membership level within the Service. Higher levels unlock exclusive benefits, such as styling sessions and waived order fees. Levels update automatically upon reaching the required Balance threshold.
  • Cancellation & Expiration: If your membership is canceled, your earned Balance credits will remain available for redemption as promotional discounts for 12 months following cancellation, after which any remaining Balance will expire. Access to member-exclusive program benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. PROMO CODES

We may provide promo codes to users. A user can redeem the promo code within the specified period of time. Promo codes are non-refundable, cannot be withdrawn as cash and may only be used within the service. Any unused promo codes will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred. If the membership is canceled, the existing promo code remains valid until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. PAYMENT METHOD

Payment will be charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase at confirmation of purchase. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to the payment method that you submit.

6. CANCELLATION

Canceling your membership means that the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your membership features for the remaining time of the current period.


If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on our website: You can cancel a trial or a subscription by contacting our support before the end of the trial or the then-current subscription period, or via the Membership page in our App or the web-based product page.

If you purchased a subscription or enabled a free trial through the iOS app: You can cancel the subscription through the respective App Store’s account settings. Please note that deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.


How to access the Membership page
You can view your membership information and manage its settings by navigating to your Profile page. The Profile page can be accessed from the bottom menu (button on the right with icon of the Profile) At the Profile Page, choose ‘Manage Membership’. Once you click there, you will be redirected to the webpage asking for the cancellation reason.

Once you indicate the cancellation reason, you will be directed to the page where you can click the button ‘Cancel Plan’. Once clicked, you will be asked to confirm Cancellation.

7. CHANGES

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change subscription fees or these terms at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by posting the new prices on the app and/or by sending you an email notification, or in another prominent way. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription prior to the change going into effect.

8. REFUNDS

If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on our website or in the app using a purchasing method other than in-app purchase via App Store: Please refer to our Terms of Use and Money-Back Policy

If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on App Store: If you are eligible for a refund, you’ll have to request it directly from Apple. To request a refund, follow these instructions from the Apple support page.

Note for residents of US states. If you reside in California and cancel the purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of such purchase, we will return the payment you have made.

NOTE FOR EU CITIZENS:

If you are an EU user, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a contract, without giving any reason, and without incurring any costs.

Subject to above clause, to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an e-mail. You may use the model withdrawal form but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you have been presented with and you have provided your prior express consent to begin the performance during the right of withdrawal period and acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal, then, unless the Service is defective, you will not be eligible to a refund in relation to digital content and will only be eligible to a proportional refund in relation to digital service. If this provision applies, we will provide you with a copy of the confirmation of your prior express consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium.
