I can’t log in. What should I do?
No worries—let’s get you back in.
From the mobile app:
- Open Lumi and tap “I already have an account.”
- Enter your email and password, then tap Log in.
- If you created your account with Google, select Continue with Google.
From the web::
- Go to the Log in page.
- Enter your email and password, then click Sign in.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot password? on the login page to reset it.

How can I order clothes?
To order clothes, simply follow these steps:
- Browse outfits or individual items in the Home or Explore tab and select what you like.
- Add your chosen pieces to the Shopping Bag.
- Open your Shopping Bag by tapping the icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
- Review the Shopping Policy carefully, then click Checkout to complete your payment.
- You can also use Apple Pay to pay directly from your phone.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email at the address you used during registration.
How to contact support?
If you need advice or assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact support.
Through the App:
- Tap the Me icon in the bottom-right corner, then tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
- On the Settings page, select Support.
- In the Choose a topic dropdown, pick the option that best matches your request.
- In the Message field, describe your situation in detail and tap Send.
Through the Web:
- Click the Profile icon in the bottom-left corner and choose the Support option. The Mail app on your desktop will open automatically.
- Write your request in the message field of the Mail app and send it to the email address that appears in the Receiver field.

How can I cancel LUMI membership?
We’ll miss you—but cancelling is simple.
Through the App:
1. Tap the Me icon → Settings (top right).
2. Choose Manage Membership.
3. Turn off Auto-renewal and confirm.
Through the Web:
1. Click your Profile icon to open the Profile Settings page.
2. Go to Account Management → Manage Subscription → Unsubscribe.
If you subscribed via the App Store:
1. Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
2. Select Lumi and tap Cancel Subscription.
You’ll keep full access until the end of your current billing cycle.
