How to cancel your LUMI subscription?

If you need to cancel your LUMI subscription, you can do it easily by following the steps below.

Through the App:
 

1. Tap the Me icon in the bottom-right corner, then tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.

2. On the Settings page, select Manage Membership.

3. Choose Turn off auto-renewal → Cancel Subscription.
    

Through the Web:
 

1. Click your Profile icon to open the Profile Settings page.

2. Go to Account Management → Manage Subscription → Unsubscribe.
    

If you purchased through the App Store (in-app purchase):
 

1. On your iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.

2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.

3. Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel All Services.
