How do I contact LUMI customer support?
If you need advice or assistance, our team is here to help. Follow the steps below to reach us.
Through the App:
- Tap the Me icon in the bottom-right corner, then tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
- On the Settings page, select Support.
- In the Choose a topic dropdown, pick the option that best matches your request.
- Describe your situation in the Message field and tap Send.
Through the Website:
- Click the Profile icon in the bottom-left corner and select Support.
- Your default Mail app will open automatically.
- Write your message and send it to the pre-filled support email address.
