I can’t login. What should I do?
If you’re having trouble accessing your account, follow the steps below.
Logging in through the app:
- Open the app and tap “I already have an account”, if you’re already signed up.
- Enter the email and password you used during registration.
Make sure there are no extra spaces and the capitalization matches your original login details.
- Tap Log In button.
- If you originally created your account using Google or Apple, select “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Apple.”
Logging in on the website:
- On the homepage, click the Log In button in the top-right corner.
- Enter your registration email and password.
Again, make sure there are no accidental capital letters.
- Click Sign In button.
