I can’t login. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble accessing your account, follow the steps below.

Logging in through the app:
 

1. Open the app and tap “I already have an account”, if you’re already signed up.
    
2. Enter the email and password you used during registration. 
   Make sure there are no extra spaces and the capitalization matches your original login details.
    
3. Tap Log In button.
    
4. If you originally created your account using Google or Apple, select “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Apple.”

Logging in on the website:
 

1. On the homepage, click the Log In button in the top-right corner.
    
2. Enter your registration email and password.
   Again, make sure there are no accidental capital letters.
    
3. Click Sign In button.
