The LUMI Membership & Level System is designed to reward you for shopping, exploring the app, and staying subscribed. The more you participate, the more perks you can unlock — including discounts, promo codes, or free styling sessions.
 

How it works:

• You earn points for every $1 spent, app activity, and staying subscribed.

• Your total points determine your level — higher levels bring better rewards.

• Available points can be redeemed for promo codes and are valid for 12 month

Good to know:

• Points expire after 12 months and are non-refundable.

• If you cancel your membership, all benefits remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
