How to place an order on LUMI?
To order clothes through the LUMI app, follow these steps:
- Browse outfits or individual items on the Home or Explore tab and select what you would like to purchase.
- Add your chosen items to the Shopping Bag.
- Open your Shopping Bag by tapping the icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
- Review the Shopping Policy and tap Checkout to complete your payment.
- You may also use Apple Pay to pay directly from your phone.
After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email to the address linked to your account.
