How to log in to the LUMI App

To access your LUMI account, follow the steps below.

Through the App:
 

1. Open the LUMI App and tap the “I already have an account” option if you are already signed up.
    
2. Enter your registration email and password in the corresponding fields. 
   Make sure there are no accidental capital letters.
    
3. Tap the Log In button

If your account was created with Google or Apple, use the Continue with Google or Continue with Apple options instead.

Through the Website:
 

1. On the homepage, click the Log In button in the top right corner.
    
2. Enter your registration email and password. The email should match the one you used when creating your account.
   Make sure there are no accidental capital letters.
    
3. Click the Sign In button.
