How do I contact LUMI customer support?


If you need advice or assistance, our team is here to help. Follow the steps below to reach us.
 

Through the App:
 

  1. Tap the Me icon in the bottom-right corner, then tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner.
     
  2. On the Settings page, select Support.
     
  3. In the Choose a topic dropdown, pick the option that best matches your request.
     
  4. Describe your situation in the Message field and tap Send.


Through the Website:
 

  1. Click the Profile icon in the bottom-left corner and select Support.
     
  2. Your default Mail app will open automatically.
     
  3. Write your message and send it to the pre-filled support email address.
