How do I delete my account?

If you’d like to permanently delete your LUMI account, you have two options.
 

You can contact our Customer Care team. They will help you securely remove your account and personal data.

Or you can delete it directly in the App:

1. Go to the Me tab, then open Settings.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the Delete Account button.
 

Please note that deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
