Why did LUMI charge me automatically?


LUMI uses a membership-based model, which means your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle. This helps ensure you always keep access to your styling features and support without interruptions.


When you first select a membership plan, you enter your PayPal or credit card details to complete the purchase. After payment is confirmed, you receive a welcome email with all the information about your plan and upcoming payments. We recommend reviewing that email for important details about your billing schedule.


You can view the details of your membership at any time in the Manage Membership section in your account. There, you can see your plan type, next billing date, and payment status.


If you no longer wish to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time by tapping Turn off auto-renewal. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no further payments will be made.
