How to place an order on LUMI?

To order clothes through the LUMI app, follow these steps:

1. Browse outfits or individual items on the Home or Explore tab and select what you would like to purchase.
    
2. Add your chosen items to the Shopping Bag.
    
3. Open your Shopping Bag by tapping the icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
    
4. Review the Shopping Policy and tap Checkout to complete your payment.
    
5. You may also use Apple Pay to pay directly from your phone.
    

After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email to the address linked to your account.
